Najas Anacharis | Egeria Najas

There are several different species of Anacharis on the market today. Some states have restrictions on the common Anacharis (elodea densa). Egeria Najas is legal in every state except California. Najas is a pretty bright green and grows the same as elodea densa, although not as hardy and may not survive winters in the North. It is a fast growing plant that competes with algae for nutrients, helping keep the water clean and clear.
