Bloody Dock is an ornamental foliage plant that is very easy to grow. It is also a beautiful herb that is an edible green. Tastes like a tangy spinach, nice to add to a salad. Long, green leaves are veined in deep purple and deep red. An attractive plant to accent the water garden edge. Can also be grown outside of the pond if kept well watered.
