The leaves of this semi-submerged plant will grow up out of the water. Rotala is a very good grower and can grow as a submerged/oxygenating or as an emergent bog plant (rooted in shallow water and having most of its vegetative growth above water).
Illegal to ship to Louisiana.

Sold as multiple cuttings bunched together with a rubber band.
